Leadership Talent Strategist

Job Summary:

Ambitious professionals with a proven track record in recruitment are sought to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and decision-making abilities, strong leadership skills, and the capacity to develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement impactful recruitment plans to attract top talent for clients.
  • Lead a team of recruiters and provide guidance on best practices in recruitment, selection, and hiring processes.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless integration of recruitment activities with other HR functions.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs and services.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on recruitment metrics, pipeline performance, and candidate sourcing strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HR Lead/Manager or similar role with 8-12 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in team management and mentoring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • International recruitment experience preferred, with knowledge of using various HRMS tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Education:

  • MBA/PGDM in HRD/HRM from a reputed university.
