
Senior Business Development Manager

Strategic Growth and Partnerships- Identify opportunities for business expansion aligned with corporate objectives
- Conduct financial modelling and valuation analysis to inform decision-making
- Perform financial forecasting, business case development, and scenario analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Manage due diligence processes, working closely with internal teams and external advisors to ensure seamless collaboration
- Create presentations for internal review and senior leadership to communicate key findings and recommendations
- Lead drafting of agreements and closing procedures to facilitate successful transactions
- Assist in post-transaction integration, ensuring synergies and operational alignment to drive long-term value
- Develop business segment strategy, assessing industry trends and market opportunities to inform corporate direction
- Support senior leadership in defining long-term business objectives and developing strategies to achieve them
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
- Prepare strategic plan presentations and reports for executive leadership to communicate key findings and recommendations
- Identify potential partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures to drive business expansion and enhance competitiveness
- Monitor post-transaction performance and strategic alignment to ensure ongoing success
- Lead program management for key corporate initiatives to drive results and achieve business objectives
Key qualifications and experience include an MBA (Finance), CA, CFA Level 2, and 5-7 years of relevant work experience in business development and strategy roles.
