Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
Create and implement outbound sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Identify market trends and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Oversee the process of identifying and qualifying leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Process Optimization:
Streamline the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement best practices in lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience in IT sales, with a strong background in outbound sales management.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
