Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious 
Entry-Level Business Development Managers
 to join our team. This is a great opportunity for 
fresh graduates
 who are eager to start their careers in sales and business development. You will be trained and mentored to identify business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to our growth in the 
education and corporate markets
. As an Entry-Level BDM, you will work closely with the team to explore opportunities across different educational verticals, including:
K–12 Schools, Colleges & Universities.
This exposure will give you a strong understanding of how technology is transforming the education sector in India.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and understand the company's products, services, and solutions.

Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.

Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.

Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.

Build and maintain relationships with clients under senior guidance.

Attend client meetings, demos, and industry events with the business team.

Maintain records and track progress using CRM tools.

Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support business goals.

Qualifications & Skills

Fresh graduates
 in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or related fields are encouraged to apply.

Strong interest in 
sales, business development, and technology solutions
.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with CRM software is a plus (training will be provided).

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a team.
