Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to drive people initiatives, build a strong talent pipeline, and align HR practices with organizational goals. This position requires a dynamic leader who can mentor a team of recruiters to deliver on manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes for technical, sales, and operations roles.
  • Lead recruitment efforts and implement KPI/KRA frameworks across departments.
  • Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and employer branding.
  • Implement performance management systems and facilitate continuous feedback and performance improvement plans.
  • Design engagement activities, employee recognition programs, and career development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate employee records.

Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • 5–6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or tech sectors.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, performance management systems, and HR operations.
  • Prior experience in KPI/KRA management and organizational development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
