Job Opportunity:
  • We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive home loan and LAP sales through direct sourcing and channel partners.
  • The successful candidate will lead, coach, and mentor a team of Relationship Managers to achieve sales targets and enhance productivity.
  • This role involves designing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and meet monthly and quarterly business targets.
  • A strong relationship with key channel partners is crucial for maximizing business opportunities and lead flow.
  • Customer acquisition, onboarding, and handholding will be overseen by this position to ensure a seamless experience.
  • End-to-end compliance, proper documentation, and adherence to internal credit and operational processes are essential.
  • Maintaining market awareness and competitor insights will also be required to inform strategy enhancements.
  • Credit, operations, and legal teams will be coordinated with for timely sanctioning and disbursement of loans.
Requirements:
  • 8–12 years of retail banking experience in mortgage/home loans or LAP.
  • A proven track record in team leadership, sales strategy development, and execution.
  • Strong knowledge of the mortgage lending ecosystem, including regulatory norms, channel dynamics, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
