Performance and Reward Analytics

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Performance and Reward Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Relationships and Consult with Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with business and HR stakeholders to understand their requirements, design, and implement all performance and reward models, including fixed and variable pay analytics.
  • Interface with Business: Collaborate with the business to understand context, requirements, and business outcomes. Diagnose business problems and devise solutions/methodologies.
  • Consulting Frameworks and Critical Thinking: Use consulting frameworks and critical thinking techniques to ensure an effective approach to identifying and answering business questions.
  • Translate Business Issues into Insights: Translate business issues into hypotheses, identify analysis techniques, set up experiments to test hypotheses empirically, and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Contribute to Thought Leadership: Contribute to analytical thought leadership in performance and reward, HR, and business forums.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of data scientists and data analysts to conduct detailed modeling and analysis of pay scenarios and outcomes for large populations, rationalize large datasets, develop scripts/libraries, and design/research projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience working in a large matrixed organization, preferably international.
  • People Management: Excellent people management skills.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and financial acuity with the ability to apply critical analysis and judgment when reviewing activities.
  • Data Management: Ability to understand and manage large complex HR data sets, models, and analysis.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills, Python or R programming, and knowledge of contemporary visualization tools (e.g. Tableau/Power BI).
