Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance and Reward Analytics Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with business and HR stakeholders to understand their requirements, design and implement all P&R models (fixed and variable pay) and analytics. This includes interfacing with the business to understand and formulate context, requirements, and business outcomes, as well as diagnosing business problems and devising effective solutions.

The role involves using consulting frameworks and critical thinking techniques to ensure an effective approach to identifying and answering business questions. The specialist will also contribute to analytical thought leadership in P&R, HR and business forums, as well as manage the P&R analytics team of data scientists and data analysts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting detailed modelling and analysis of pay scenarios and outcomes for large populations
  • Rationalising large and complex datasets from different sources
  • Developing scripts and libraries designed to join, rationalise, describe and predict
  • Designing and delivering research and deep analysis of projects across multiple stakeholders
  • Supporting risk and issue identification, reporting and devising interventions to mitigate where applicable

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of working in a large matrixed organisation, ideally international
  • A proven track record of excellent people management
  • Business acumen and financial acuity with ability to apply critical analysis and judgment when reviewing activities
  • Ability to understand and manage large complex HR data sets, models and analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Skills in Python or R (preferably both)
  • Knowledge of contemporary visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau/Power BI) and techniques
