We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Strategic Partnership Development Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The primary objective of this role is to foster and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and driving business growth.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Foster and maintain strategic partnerships with key merchants, identifying opportunities for mutual benefit and growth.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales targets across multiple payment solutions, including QR codes, EDC/card swipe machines, point of sales software, insurance, and other financial products.
  • Cultivate product penetration and revenue growth through proactive relationship-building and negotiation.
  • Support the launch and promotion of new business lines, expanding market presence and brand awareness.
  • Resolve merchant grievances in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute daily activities, reviewing team deliverables and providing feedback for improvement.
  • Gather market insights and competitor analysis to inform product development and deployment.
  • Effectively communicate product benefits and best practices to clients, resulting in higher sales conversions and retention.
