About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned sales expert with a proven track record of acquiring new clientele and developing strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying key decision-makers, and building lasting relationships with clients.
Job Description
The primary responsibility of this role is to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships within the US staffing industry. This includes:
- Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to reach key decision-makers
- BUILDING strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs and requirements
- RESEARCHING and analyzing market trends to identify potential customers and develop sales plans
- ESTABLISHING and maintaining a network of contacts and database of potential clients
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
- 8-10+ years of experience in international client acquisition (recruitment/staffing-related requirements) in the US geography
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Google and Microsoft Office suites
- EBULLIANT personality, self-motivated, and passionate about achieving results
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional development.
Working Hours
As a remote worker, you will be required to work as per EST (Eastern Standard Time) timezone.
