Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating, preparing, and delivering technical and commercial proposals to meet client needs. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software solutions, a methodical approach to proposal development, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client requirements from RFQ/RFP documents and ensure clarity of scope.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Technical teams to define the solution, deliverables, and costs.
  • Develop detailed technical and commercial proposals using predefined templates.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and ensure accuracy in technical designs and cost estimations.
  • Ensure all solutions align with the company's capabilities and client requirements.
  • Route proposals through required approval workflows.
  • Comply with internal tendering/proposal/estimation guidelines and client-specific requirements.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of software, system integration, cloud, IoT, automation, and IT solutions.
  • Proven experience in related fields, including tendering, proposal, and estimation.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems, and project management tools.

Experience:

  • 6–10 years of experience in tendering or proposal & estimation, or pre-sales within the software, IT, Automation, or system integration industry.

Education & Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
