Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Proposal Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing proposals that showcase our expertise and capabilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality estimates and proposals that meet the needs of our clients. You will interpret documents, apply knowledge, and use company design, bid, and quote tools to create accurate estimates that are market competitive.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that proposals are completed on time and within budget. Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively will be essential in driving the success of our proposal development process.


Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality estimates and proposals that meet client needs
  • Interpret documents and apply knowledge to create accurate estimates
  • Use company design, bid, and quote tools to support proposal development
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of proposals

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 6-8 years of experience in relevant field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in software applications such as AutoCAD, SprinkCad, Pipenet, and Fire Cad
  • Knowledge of NFPA, TAC, NBC, and IS codes and standards
  • Experience working with suppression systems and India/APAC markets is an advantage
