Job Title: Headmistress Pre-Primary

We seek an exceptional educator who can provide vision and leadership to our young learners.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate students, teachers, and parents alike.

  • Lead instructional programs for the Pre Primary school, evaluating lesson plans and observing classes to encourage innovative teaching strategies.
  • Develop a community that values collaboration, creativity, and mutual respect among students, teachers, and parents.
  • Implement academic programs that cater to diverse needs of students, focusing on their emotional, social, and academic growth.
  • Hold regular meetings with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress and involve them in the educational process.
  • Promote continuous learning, staying updated on best practices in teaching methodologies, remediation planning, differential learning, curriculum review, and student assessment.

Requirements:

  • Masters in any subject (preferably English, Science, or Social Sciences)
  • Professional teaching degree from a recognized University (B Ed/MEd)
  • Proficiency in technology and language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with CBSE board (other boards welcome)
