Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with business objectives, quality standards, and industry trends.
  • Create structured learning plans for different employee levels.
  • Design leadership training programs for employees at all levels.
  • Implement behavioral training programs for new employees.
  • Design leadership development programs for departmental heads and high-potential employees.
  • Foster executive coaching programs for emerging leaders.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and conduct post-training assessments.
  • Collaborate with hospital leaders to drive learning initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in service-related industries (Aviation and Hotels preferred); managed the end-to-end Learning and Development Function
