Job Title: Learning Experience Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Learning Experience Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in course content creation, instructional design, and learning management systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing engaging learning experiences that meet the needs of our learners. This will involve creating high-quality course content, including text, images, videos, and interactive elements.

The Learning Experience Developer will also work closely with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to ensure that courses are accurate, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals.

In addition to course development, the Learning Experience Developer will also be responsible for maintaining and updating existing courses, as well as troubleshooting technical issues related to learning management systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in course content creation and instructional design
  • Strong knowledge of learning management systems, including Canvas LMS
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
