Job Title: Senior Creative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Creative Director to lead our graphic design and creative team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies that drive business results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that showcases their ability to create engaging visual content, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design Execution:
    • Produce high-quality creative assets, including social media graphics, PDFs, decks, campaign visuals, ads, and storyboards.
    • Work on critical, high-priority projects directly to ensure deadlines are met.
    • Adapt designs quickly for different platforms (social, web, video, etc.), ensuring performance and usability.
    • Maintain and update brand guidelines and assets.
  • Creative & Quality Oversight:
    • Review all creative outputs for consistency, spacing, hierarchy, alignment, and adherence to brand guidelines.
    • Act as the quality gatekeeper to minimize revisions and ensure assets are client-ready before they reach project managers.
    • Provide clear, constructive feedback to the design team that raises the bar for quality and creativity.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design and creative direction.
  • Strong portfolio that showcases creative vision and execution.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
