Senior Creative Art Director for Casino Games and Marketing

You will oversee the creation of visually stunning casino games and marketing materials that captivate players worldwide.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across games, ensuring consistency and creativity in all deliverables.
  • Craft engaging graphics, animations, and UI elements to elevate player satisfaction and retention.
  • Define and drive visual direction for new game features, titles, and marketing assets, aligning art style with core mechanics and player psychology.
  • Lead the design of promotional assets, including ad creatives, videos, and store visuals, to boost user acquisition and monetization.
  • Create themed visuals, special offers, and seasonal content that support business objectives and player engagement.
  • Manage the art production pipeline, setting clear processes, guidelines, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery and exceptional quality.
  • Prioritize tasks to optimize productivity and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Mentor and inspire the Art Team to continually elevate their skills and performance, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborate with development, product, and marketing teams to drive creative success.
  • Analyze industry trends to understand the impact of art assets on key KPIs such as engagement, retention, and monetization.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of relevant experience, including 10+ years in a senior or lead art role, preferably in games or interactive content.
  • A strong online portfolio showcasing game-related visual design, preferably in casino or F2P titles.
  • Proven experience in UI design, graphic design, and visual storytelling for games.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and growing creative teams.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard art tools.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of casino-themed visual elements like reels, glows, coins, tactile UI, and celebratory effects.
  • Experience working on casino games, in either social or real-money formats.
  • Familiarity with F2P player behavior, art-driven engagement mechanics, and monetization strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment and consistently meet tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
