Job Overview

As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing impactful visual solutions that align with our brand's values and resonate with our target audience.

  • Develop innovative branding strategies and create cohesive visual identities that reflect our company's personality and connect with our customers.
  • Create engaging marketing materials, including advertisements, social media content, presentations, and print/digital collateral.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs effectively support campaigns and business objectives.
  • Apply strong knowledge of visual principles, typography, color theory, and composition to produce visually appealing and effective designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 0.5–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Visual Communication Designer (fresher with a strong portfolio can also be considered).
  • Proven experience in creating brand communication materials, including social media content, ads, brochures, packaging, and presentations.
Key Skills

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Knowledge of Figma/Canva/CorelDRAW for quick design tasks.
  • A strong sense of visual style, layout, and color theory.
