Creative Art Director

We are seeking an experienced Creative Art Director to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for developing and executing design concepts that drive brand engagement and awareness.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret creative briefs, understand brand objectives, and design requirements from concept to execution.
  • Apply design thinking to solve brand challenges and lead the design vision across digital, social, and design mediums.
  • Prepare concept mood boards for brand reviews, photoshoots, campaign ideas, and scripts.
  • Design cross-channel creative expressions – digital, print, motion, and design.
  • The creative deliverables include brand identity design, digital communication design, website design, packaging design, and campaign communication design.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and design standards and stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in visual communications.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After effects & Premiere Pro.
  • Breadth of style and design capability to deliver designs for brands.
  • Genuine love for pop-culture and everything advertising/marketing.
