About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Visual Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visual elements that enhance brand storytelling, including branding, packaging design, illustrations, and social media creatives.
- Design visual identity systems, logos, typography, packaging layouts, mockups, etc.
- Work on illustrations and creative assets that support brand positioning.
- Develop social media campaigns and creatives that align with brand identity.
- Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and account managers to ensure visuals meet brand goals.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, packaging innovations, and digital-first branding styles.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong portfolio in branding and packaging design.
- 1-2 years of experience in design, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- The ability to use AI to elevate design.
- Solid understanding of visual communication, typography, and color theory.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to interpret client briefs into creative solutions.
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
If you have experience working with D2C brands or love working in a small, like-minded team, you will be at an advantage.
This is a full-time role based out of BTM Layout, Bengaluru. We work standard office hours Monday to Friday.
