Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling customer enquiries with professionalism and patience.
  • Delivering exceptional customer experience through effective communication and troubleshooting skills.
  • Responsible for handling customer calls and resolving technical issues related to network devices.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-4 years in International Voice/Chat (must have experience working with global clients)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including nights
  • Notice period: Immediate or up to 15 days

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and develop your skills in customer support.
