Job Title: Lead Account Strategist Microsoft Advertising

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Account Strategist to join our Microsoft Advertising team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and developing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in search engine marketing, with experience in managing and optimizing performance campaigns on Bing Ads. You will be responsible for building trusted-advisor status with your account team and clients through flawless customer management and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize performance campaigns on Bing Ads platform to meet client KPIs
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in search engine marketing
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in search engine marketing (Google or Bing Ads)
  • 6-8 years of overall advertising experience
  • Expertise in CPA, CPM, CPC, search marketing, lead generation, and direct response
  • Proficiency in Excel (Advanced) and SQL for data manipulation and analysis
  • Ability to prioritize, think critically, and solve problems effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of building relationships and managing multiple tasks
  • Flexible with a positive attitude, willing to adapt to changing business needs
  • Proactive, with a strong work ethic and willingness to contribute ideas
  • Fluency in English
  • Location: Bangalore
Preferred:
  • Bing Ads Certification
  • 5+ years of search or digital media experience
