Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

 

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for building and retaining IT services and staffing accounts, ensuring on-time delivery, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning key accounts, farming, selective hunting (upsell/cross-sell/new logos)
  • Translating client goals to delivery plans; ensuring SLA adherence and quality
  • Managing SOWs/MSAs, negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections
  • Maintaining a candidate network aligned to client demand; improving time-to-fill
  • Tracking account health, pipeline, and forecasts; flagging risks and driving resolutions

Requirements:

  • 1–5 years in Client Relationship/Account Management or Business Development in IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing
  • Proven revenue growth outcomes; strong stakeholder management
  • Contract management, negotiation, billing/invoicing exposure
  • Working knowledge of SDLC/Agile and IT hiring cycles
