Business Development Role:

This is a key position for driving growth and expansion in the designated region. The role will be responsible for managing B2B relationships with educational institutions, developing strategies to onboard new clients, and ensuring sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage partnerships with educational institutions such as colleges and universities.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to acquire new clients and achieve long-term success.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new educational institutions.
  • Provide necessary training and support to clients.
  • Regularly analyze business metrics and ensure goals are met.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in EdTech or portal promotion.
  • Prior experience in managing B2B accounts, especially within the education sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and manage accounts effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of the EdTech industry and familiarity with CRM tools.
