Key Responsibilities:- Establish connections with prospective sellers to guide them through the registration and launch process on Walmart Marketplace.
- Identify and address seller pain points across the account registration to launch lifecycle, enhancing funnel conversion rates.
- Promote key product adoption and provide actionable insights to support sellers' launch and sales growth.
- Analyze and track personal KPIs, delivering short-term & long-term business goals in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Enhance the onboarding experience and team effectiveness by leading key programs and initiatives.
Main Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree from a reputable institution.
- At least 1 year of Business development or account management experience in recruiting and managing clients.
- Relevant experience in the e-commerce industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with large strategic sellers and brands, prioritize work, and lead projects.
