As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash handling and sales transactions efficiently
  • Engage with customers, respond to their queries, and resolve any issues promptly
  • Maintain store displays, restock shelves, and ensure a visually appealing environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store atmosphere

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail or sales role, preferably in the food industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and peak hours

Estimated Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience
