Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tele Sales Executive to join our team at The Yoga Institute Mumbai. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for converting leads into potential clients and persuading them to enroll in our courses or products.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Convert leads into possible clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Call potential customers to persuade them to enroll in our courses or products.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of tele calling experience.
  • Graduation in any stream is acceptable.
  • Proven experience working as a Tele Sales Executive.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Soft spoken, humble, and positive in approach.
Benefits

Working Hours: 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Work Location: Santacruz-East (Close to Railway Station)

Probationary Period: 3 months

Salary Range: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month

Leave Policy: 12 Annual leaves in a year that includes National and State Holidays

Food Policy: Only Vegetarian food is allowed at the institute. Yoga Institute provides Satvik food to all associates serving with them.
