  • Address new hire queries to ensure a positive onboarding experience.

  • Coordinate the onboarding process, prepare documentation, and maintain employee files and trackers.

  • Conduct orientation sessions and track completion of onboarding activities.

  • Initiate background verification processes, manage cover checks, and escalate discrepancies as needed.

  • Share new hire information with relevant teams for timely and accurate communication.
