Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Onboarding Capability Center.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced onboarding specialist to join our team and drive the development of our onboarding process.

  • Demonstrate company culture and create a great new hire experience by providing training on systems, tools, and processes to junior team members
  • Manage a team of contractors with high volumes of offer generation and onboarding requests
  • Evolve the onboarding process to ensure a positive experience as the volume grows

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires by completing all aspects accurately and timely
  • Coordinate via Workday Onboarding platform and email with new hires regarding onboarding requirements, background check documentation, and Welcome Day
  • Maintain accurate onboarding data in Workday, Smart Recruiters, and other systems

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HR Onboarding experience in a technology organization or technology-related business
  • Experience with the Workday tool is required for this role
  • Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and maintains confidentiality

Bonus Skills:

  • Subject matter expert in processing regional work authorization (AMER)
  • Capacity planning in regions, and ensuring adequate coverage for holidays and after-hours support
