
Customer Onboarding Specialist

As a customer onboarding specialist, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression of the company with customers.
About the Role:- You will manage and improve the customer onboarding process, including training and implementation to ensure seamless account management.
- You will establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate process improvement and overall account health.
- You will serve as a product champion, driving adoption and expanding features with our product team.

About You:- 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as technical onboarding manager or solutions architect.
- Experience with project managing customer implementations for enterprise clients or consulting with clients on business process improvements at senior levels.
- Advanced understanding of SaaS and cloud-based software environments.
- Builder mindset: comfortable working in a startup environment and taking projects from 0 to 1.
- Knowledge and understanding of APIs, webhooks, and database structures.
- Proven experience troubleshooting technical problems and running projects with non-standard roadmaps.
- Comfortable helping define customer workflow/automation requirements and teasing out nuanced details from customers.
