Talent Onboarding Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for new hires. Your role will involve coordinating all aspects of the onboarding process, from pre-boarding to day one logistics, and providing exceptional support to hiring managers, recruiters, and new employees.
Your primary responsibility will be to act as the primary point of contact for new hires during the onboarding phase, answering questions, and guiding them through the process. You will also be responsible for scheduling start dates, selecting appropriate background check packages, ordering drug tests, and updating candidate profiles in HR systems.
You will work closely with Talent Acquisition Advisors (Recruiters), Hiring Managers, and business units to ensure smooth onboarding processes. Additionally, you will maintain accurate onboarding records in HR systems, update checklists, trackers, and reports as needed, and support global/regional onboarding programs and initiatives.
