Business Growth Strategist

A business growth strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing real estate strategies that align with client business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial leasing market and be able to execute office space lease transactions with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement real estate strategies aligned with client business goals.
  • Execute office space lease transactions with precision and professionalism.
  • Conduct market research, site selection, and site evaluation.
  • Assist in drafting letters of intent, lease agreements, and approval documentation.
  • Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with builders and developers to identify new property opportunities.
  • Connect with landowners to explore land use deals and partnerships.
  • Engage with CEOs and founders to present office space options and grow business.
  • Apply broking experience to close deals efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competition to stay ahead and advise smartly.

Candidate Profile:

Eligibility: 2-5 years of experience in real estate/hospitality/event management.
