
Senior Business Development Manager

Drive business growth as a senior leader in our Bengaluru office. You will oversee sales expansion, distributor management, and branch profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategize and execute sales targets to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and manage robust distributor networks.
- Implement pricing policies while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Pursue new business opportunities through institutional sales and government tenders.
- Maintain day-to-day branch operations including billing, collections, and logistics.
- Enhance branch profitability and optimize cost structures.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the branch sales & support team.
- Train team members on products and sales processes.
- Set performance targets and evaluate staff based on defined KPIs.
- Foster relationships with key distributors, dealers, and clients.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Prepare and present MIS reports and sales forecasts.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven track record in sales and business development (preferably in IT/biometrics/security products).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Financial acumen with experience in branch P&L management.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in competitive markets.
