We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and build impactful client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions to meet clients' needs.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of proven experience in corporate sales within BFSI/Fintech/SaaS.
  • Hands-on expertise in proposals, funnel management, and direct sales conversions.
  • Strong networking ability and proven track record in individual lead closures.
  • Excellent communication, client engagement, and negotiation skills.
