Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Manager Sales Business Development. The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and executing business plans, managing sales operations, and driving service. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, generating leads, managing client/ Broker partner relationships, and collaborating with different departments to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning experience
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Proven experience in Sales
  • Leadership experience and ability to manage teams effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
