Key Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Professional with a strong background in real estate. The role involves managing client and channel partner relationships, delivering project presentations, and driving business growth through strategic outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively connect with direct clients and channel partners through regular calls, meetings, and follow-ups to build long-term relationships
- Conduct in-person project presentations, walkthroughs, and client briefings to ensure seamless communication
- Deliver training sessions to channel partners at their offices or onsite to enhance product understanding and drive sales
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth pre- and post-sales processes, resulting in increased customer satisfaction
- Represent the company in a professional and presentable manner at all times, adhering to the highest standards of business conduct
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales is mandatory for this position
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role
- Confident individuals who can handle presentations, client discussions, and training sessions with ease will thrive in this environment
- A well-groomed and professional appearance is necessary to make a positive impression on clients and partners
