
Customer Experience Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of orders and providing timely updates to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale
- Understand customer-specific requirements and ensure accurate internal communication
- Coordinate closely with logistics, documentation, and finance to resolve customer queries and issues promptly
