Client Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Client Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients.

  • Develop strong relationships with clients through proactive communication, empathy, and understanding of their needs.
  • Provide clear and concise information about our programs and services, ensuring seamless client journeys.
  • Guide new leads through enrollment and re-enrollment processes, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Maintain and update client data using CRM tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Support clients with after-enrollment needs, demonstrating a commitment to their satisfaction and success.

Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a consultative tone, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They should have good organizational skills, a customer-first mindset, and be willing to take ownership of results.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Prior experience in customer service or relationship management is beneficial
