
Customer Experience Specialist

As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for crafting a seamless customer experience that fosters long-term success.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will possess 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Technical Onboarding Manager, Customer Onboarding Manager, Solutions Architect, or Implementation Consultant.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive customer onboarding process, including training, implementation, and ongoing support.
- Managing relationships between internal and external teams to ensure smooth account management.
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate process improvement and overall account health.
- Serving as a subject matter expert for the Spendflo platform and partnering with clients to understand their operational challenges and how Spendflo can help.
- Resolving product support questions and collaborating with product management to surface customer requests and translate feedback into product requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable with ambiguity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS and Cloud-based software environments, APIs, webhooks, and database structure.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience running projects where the roadmap/checklist is not out-of-the-box templatized and will vary for every client's custom situation.
