About Us

Paytm is India's leading digital payments and financial services company, revolutionizing the way consumers and merchants interact with each other. Our innovative platform offers a range of services, including utility payments, money transfers, and payment instruments like Paytm Wallet, Paytm UPI, and Paytm Payments Bank Net banking.

In this role, you will be responsible for owning end-to-end key business metrics, such as ads revenue, and educating clients on the benefits of Paytm Ads solutions. You will also navigate complex relationships, present advertising opportunities to CXOs, media heads, and brand managers, and build a strong pipeline of media briefs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Becoming an expert in Paytm Ads solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapting recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs
  • Owning end-to-end key business metrics like ads revenue, educating and leading strategic conversations with clients, and navigating complex relationships
  • Presenting Paytm's advertising solutions to CXOs, media heads, brand managers, agency partners, and large brands in the market
  • Building a strong pipeline of media briefs and responding with customized pitches and proposals aligned with the client's business and marketing objectives
  • Working closely with the campaign delivery and optimization team to monitor and deliver expected results to advertisers
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in advertising sales managing large clients (digital preferred) for the vertical lead, 5+ years of experience for the account manager
  • Proven experience in managing programs/categories/business verticals
  • Strong stakeholder management experience; ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
  • Ability to deep-dive into a problem; very strong analytical and presentation skills required
  • High bias for action required
  • Ability to thrive and perform in an ambiguous setting; sound judgment and flexibility in balancing program requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule

Estimated salary: ₹15-20 lakhs per annum, depending on location and experience.
