Associate Technical Support Engineer

We're seeking a skilled Associate Technical Support Engineer to join our team, responsible for resolving client business, decision, and technical issues via client portal support cases, real-time chat, and verbal communication.
As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the quality of system forecasts and decisions, ensuring client retention.
Key responsibilities include:
- Resolving basic technical, business, or decision issues for clients
- Ensuring client questions are resolved accurately within pre-defined resolution timeframes
- Effectively communicating with clients via client portal support cases, real-time chat, or verbal communication
- Interacting with internal clients, such as Enterprise Client Relationship Managers and Quality Assurance teams
- Assisting in special departmental projects
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management or an analytically rigorous field
- At least 6 months to 1-year experience in supporting enterprise clients via real-time chat
- Organizational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal
- Readiness to work in shifts in a 24*7 environment, predominantly the night shift
