Druva is a pioneer in data resiliency, providing a cloud-based solution that simplifies data protection and management. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be part of a worldwide team of highly skilled engineers who craft and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for Druva products, ensuring customer success and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the support team, Engineering, Solutions Delivery, Sales, and Product Management to deliver superior service and support.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Analyze exceptions and logs to improve product usability and end-user experience.
• Ensure knowledge management and data capture processes are adhered to, and encourage the creation of knowledge base articles.
• Manage communications with customers to maintain positive relationships.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good understanding of backup and recovery concepts, disaster recovery, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with server backup applications, security, and troubleshooting tools.
• Fundamental knowledge of storage technologies and hands-on experience with VMware, HyperV, and Nutanix technologies.
