To effectively promote meditation and wellness courses, you will facilitate bookings and drive revenue growth.

Achieve significant annual sales revenue increase for our resort.

Build and lead a high-performing team to deliver sustainable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure guest profiles align with our core values.
  • Diversify the guest base by substantially increasing international guest contributions.
  • Work towards reducing reliance on seasonal/short-term guests.
  • Implement systems and controls to enhance guest experience and cost efficiency in the sales process.
  • Streamline processes through automation.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in inside sales, D2C, and leading a sales team is required.
