Job Title: Strategic Banking Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage banking operations to ensure timely and quality delivery of cash pooling, cash funding, and direct debit processes.
  • Oversee foreign transactions, translations, and hedges, ensuring accurate recording and resolution of queries.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of banking reconciliations with no unexplained items.
  • Lead process improvements to standardize and simplify operations while ensuring adherence to GAAP policies.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial reporting, analysis, and advice using SAP systems, ensuring data integrity in all GL entries.
  • Drive improvements in banking and treasury operations through root cause analysis and resolution of aged items.
  • Participate in new SAP and bank system implementations, ensuring successful testing and stabilization.
  • Support internal and external audits and process improvement initiatives.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning are essential for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in banking operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of improving process efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP policies.
