Job Description

We are looking for a skilled technical professional to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers, ensuring that their technical issues are resolved efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, with experience in managing incidents, tracking SLAs, and taking actions to resolve deviations. You should also have expertise in working with heterogeneous ecosystems, supporting customers on different technical areas, and managing cloud-based solutions.

Additionally, you should have proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, and Java, as well as knowledge of security and cryptography concepts. Experience in working with Splunk, AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and other related tools is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • BS in Computer Science or relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in operation or support
  • Experience in managing Splunk App development, scripting, and log management solution design
  • Knowledge of ITIL and Service Delivery best practices
  • Expertise in cloud computing, monitoring tools, networking, infrastructure, Linux, and mobile applications
