Requirements:

  • ">
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role">
  • Working knowledge of operating systems (Windows 10 & 11)">
  • Knowledge of identifying and troubleshooting issues related to system configuration, software, and COTS applications">
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite & Skype for business">
  • Fair understanding of ITIL practices in Incident Management, Request Management, & Problem Management">

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat">
  3. Resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner">
  4. Escalate complex problems to senior technicians if necessary">
  5. Work with Level 2 and 3 Support staff and onsite vendors to resolve problems and service requests">
  6. Update the ITSM Tool fields upon successful resolution of the incident">
