">As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers who need assistance with their devices or software. Your role will involve providing technical support via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner, and escalating complex problems to senior technicians if necessary.
">Requirements:
">- ">
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role">
- Working knowledge of operating systems (Windows 10 & 11)">
- Knowledge of identifying and troubleshooting issues related to system configuration, software, and COTS applications">
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite & Skype for business">
- Fair understanding of ITIL practices in Incident Management, Request Management, & Problem Management">
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat">
- Resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner">
- Escalate complex problems to senior technicians if necessary">
- Work with Level 2 and 3 Support staff and onsite vendors to resolve problems and service requests">
- Update the ITSM Tool fields upon successful resolution of the incident">
