Customer Service Manager

As a key member of the GMR Group team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences at our airport terminal. This involves monitoring facilities and resources, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to address passenger queries and concerns. You will be the face of our organization, ensuring that passengers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct daily and periodical inspections to ensure facilities and resources are functioning optimally.
- Monitor the Lost & Found section, ensuring procedures are followed and articles are safely stored.
- Verify contractor manning levels, machinery, chemicals, and tools to ensure compliance.
- Manage and monitor common operations activities to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
