Customer Support Role

The Pretech Corporation is seeking a skilled Customer Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Respond to client inquiries and provide comprehensive support via phone, email, or chat.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve client issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
  • Product Knowledge: Assist clients in navigating our products or services and provide guidance as needed.
  • Account Management: Manage and update client accounts and information in our company database.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of client concerns.
  • Upselling/Crossselling: Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell additional products or services to clients.
  • Client Satisfaction: Conduct client satisfaction surveys and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on client interactions, issues, and feedback.
  • SLA/Performance Metrics: Adhere to established service level agreements and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in customer service or client support role.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to empathize with clients, strong problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Tools: Proficiency in using CRM software and other client management tools.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Teamwork: Excellent organizational and time management skills, team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
