Customer Service Manager

Job Responsibilities:
As a key member of TheSqua team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide timely and efficient responses to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
- To identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, utilizing your knowledge of the travel industry and our products to secure new business.
- To work closely with the team to achieve set revenue targets and contribute to the overall success of TheSqua.
- To maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure that all client details are fully completed.
- To stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, ensuring that you are always aware of the latest developments and opportunities.
Requirements:
- 5-6 years of experience in travel sales or reservations, preferably in the Travel/Hotel industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- High energy levels, good analytical and problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in an afternoon shift.
