Job Title: Customer Care Manager

At Mahindra Rise, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and support across our vehicle care services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze technical complaints from customers and rectify defects in vehicles or overhaul aggregates.
  • Maintain and handle internet-based warranty programs.
  • Implement service processes at channel partners and develop secondary channels for spare parts sales.
  • Provide feedback on company and competitor products, and train service managers.
  • Work with channel partners to provide special service support for strategic customers and ensure execution of spare parts orders.
  • Guide channel partners on manpower, facilities, and equipment optimization, and ensure profitability of workshops.
  • Manage service guarantee at the dealership, and conduct monthly visits to ASCs to monitor performance.
  • Organize service camps on a monthly basis and visit customers to update M Response data.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5 years or more of general experience, with critical experience in system-generated core skills.
